This is a great way of using up a day-old baguette, and it's a very nice garnish for a Caesar salad.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
Yield:
  • bread
  • olive oil
  • dash of garlic salt
  • dash of dried parsley

Directions

  1. Cut up your leftover baguette into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and toss with garlic salt and parsley. Bake in 300F oven until browned. If the oven is in use you can also brown them in a frying pan.
