Research has shown that children who eat breakfast tend to have a healthier diet, are more likely to participate in physical activities, and have better concentration in school. Eating breakfast also prevents children and adults from overeating later on during the day; therefore, children and adults who eat breakfast regularly tend to have healthier body weights than those who skip it.
Unfortunately, despite these benefits, breakfast generally suffers because people simply do not have the time for it.
